women's SELF DEFENSE
Women's Self Defense, specifically with Muay Thai, you will improve your cardio, balance, stamina, and strength – all key components to being healthier and active! Classes are fun and dynamic, offering a range of exercises that focus on different areas that will improve your overall health and fitness level.
These classes will be held;
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30am to 12noon
Muay Thai/Self Defense teaches Self Confidence, Self Assurance and Determination
Provides mental peace and relief from stress.
Increase your energy levels.
Weight loss through Calorie burning.
You will learn various key skills such as punches, elbows, kicks, knees, clinches, defence, footwork, balance, guard, confidence, discipline and self-worth.
