TEAM KEVLAR SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES

To ensure people are social distancing, the government has prohibited by law all public gatherings of more than two people, except for reasons set out in their regulations.

 

We are not going to stop outdoor exercise otherwise.

​

​

 

AS SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY;

 

✓ Clients will be physically screened before and after each session.

​

 

✓ We emphasize that all clients bring their own antibacterial wipes and sanitizers.

​

 

✓ Avoid touching your face.

​

 

✓ Have face covering equipment with you at all time.

​

 

✓ Keep a safe distance of 2 metres apart.

​

 

✓ If you have any flu/cold symptoms, coughing and/or sneezing, please avoid training at all cost. If we suspect you’re unwell, this will cause for the session to come to an immediate halt.

​

 

✓ All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned before AND after sessions, and we recommend you do the same with your equipment.

​

This package offers expert training for the individuals without enough time to train, but are committed to training on their own.

You will have one personal training session per week and a custom made training plan to work on between sessions.

 

 

2/3 sessions a week

This package is ideal for individuals wanting to get results whilst fitting training into a busy schedule and is designed to improve physiques.

You will have two or three personal training sessions per week and your own training plan to work on between sessions.

 

4 sessions a week

 

 

This intense package is for the athletic individuals, with ideal sports performance, fat loss and muscle gain in mind.

You will have four personal training sessions per week and custom made training plans to work on between sessions.
