Thai Boxing/Muay Thai, is a powerful full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, punches, kicks, elbows, knees, sweeps, and various clinching techniques for people of all levels of experience/inexperience. This is also called the "Art of eight limbs".
Punch, kick, elbow and knee your body and mind into peak physical fitness and become the best version of yourself.

Classes are currently Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, with more classes coming soon.
​
Classes are £10 per session, £60 per month, £50 per month (on a monthly Direct Debit basis), or £80 for a Block of 10 sessions.
