The primary focal points are on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds.
THAI BOXING
Muay Thai/Thai Boxing, is the "art of eight limbs", which uses stand-up striking with the fists, elbows, knees and kicks alongside various clinching techniques.
These sessions build mental toughness, improve self confidence and burns calories effectively.
