childrEn's classES
Here at Urban Warriors Academy, we have built a great reputation over many years by having a fun and progressive environment in which the children learn Martial Arts!

By starting young, children are equipped with invaluable skills that will engrain within them forever. It increases their confidence, self discipline, focus, respect, fitness and team-work skills.
​
Martial Arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can help shape their character and encourage progress and self-improvement.

BOXING
​
Boxing sharpens kids' problem-solving skills and teaches them about health and fitness. They appreciate the importance of a healthy diet because of how it will improve their performance in a match. Trainers teach proper form, which prevents injuries and young people remember these tools throughout their lives.
​
These classes are for children from 5 years to 12 years old, and they will be held;
​
Mondays and Thursdays, 4:30pm to 5:15pm
​
Boxing teaches children various key skills such as stance, footwork, punching and discipline to help them grow and become upstanding individuals.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
​
BJJ provides a fun and demanding cardiovascular workout for your child and they will LOVE doing it. Through BJJ they will lose weight, gain core strength, and have more energy and stamina for demanding activities.
​
These classes are for children from 5 years old to 12 years old, and they will be held;
​
Wednesdays, 4:30pm to 5:15pm
Saturdays, 9:00am to 9:45am

MUAY THAI
​
Specifically with Muay Thai, your child will improve their cardio, balance, stamina, and strength – all key components to being healthier and active! Classes are fun and dynamic, offering a range of exercises that focus on different areas that will improve your child's overall health and fitness level.
​
These classes are for children from 5 years old to 12 years old, and they will be held;
​
Tuesdays, 4:30pm to 5:15pm
​
Fridays, 4:30pm to 5:15pm
Muay Thai/Thai Boxing teaches children various key skills such as punches, elbows, kicks, knees, clinches, defence, footwork, balance, guard, confidence, discipline and self-worth to help them grow and become upstanding individuals.
