Our sessions will begin on Tuesday the 5th of July, and end on Thursday the 11th of August, 2022.


This will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 07:05hrs to 07:55hrs.

These sessions will last approximately 50 minutes.


These Strength and Conditioning sessions will improve your overall fitness, and are designed for all levels and experiences of fitness.


Nutrition advice and Personal Training sessions are also available.

Our sessions will begin on Tuesday the 5th of Jul, and end on Thursday the 11th of August, 2022.

6 week programme teaching all the basics of Strength & Conditioning, Combat Conditioning and Muscle Tone.

All programmes take place in Urban Warriors Academy, Arch 12, Miles Street,Vauxhall, SW8 1RZ.

Session times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:05am.
