Our sessions will begin on Tuesday the 21st of February, and end on Thursday the 30th of March, 2023.

 

This will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 07:05hrs to 07:55hrs.

These sessions will last approximately 50 minutes.

 

These Strength and Conditioning sessions will improve your overall fitness, and are designed for all levels and experiences of fitness.

 

Nutrition advice and Personal Training sessions are also available.

 

Please bring with you for your personal use;

Boxing Gloves

Drinking water

Towel.

If you have no Boxing Gloves, you can purchase yours at the reception.

All programmes take place in Urban Warriors Academy, 64, Tyers Street, Vauxhall, SE11 5AE.
