Boxing sharpens kids' problem-solving skills and teaches them about health and fitness. They appreciate the importance of a healthy diet because of how it will improve their performance in a match. Trainers teach proper form, which prevents injuries and young people remember these tools throughout their lives.
These classes are for children from 5 years to 12 years old, and they will be held;
Mondays, 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Fridays, 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Boxing teaches children various key skills such as stance, footwork, punching and discipline to help them grow and become upstanding individuals.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (BJJ)
BJJ provides a fun and demanding cardiovascular workout for your child and they will LOVE doing it. Through BJJ they will lose weight, gain core strength, and have more energy and stamina for demanding activities.
These classes are for children from 5 years old to 12 years old, and they will be held;
Wednesdays, 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Saturdays, 9:00am to 10:00am
Boxing is a Martial Art in which is based on hand to hand combat, which helps improve balance and posture, strengthen core and upper body, enhance your mood and improve hand-eye coordination.
Mixed martial arts, is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports and martial arts from around the world.
