Thai Boxing

Muay Thai/Thai Boxing, is the "art of eight limbs", which uses stand-up striking with the fists, elbows, knees and kicks alongside various clinching techniques.

 

These sessions build mental toughness, improve self confidence and burns calories effectively.

Boxing

Boxing is a Martial Art in which is based on hand to hand combat, which helps improve balance and posture, strengthen core and upper body, enhance your mood and improve hand-eye coordination.
