KES KPOKPOGRI (THAI BOXING, MMA)
​
These are one-on-one based sessions which are specialised with realistic goals to reach the Client's full potential and abilities. The sessions range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and are based from strength training to weight loss, boxing, kickboxing, muscle toning and core strength.


SEBASTIAN NADAL (BJJ)
​
It is the same as Private Training, but consists of 2,4 or 6 clients to 1 coach. This type of training is excellent for friends, colleagues, partners which is still the same experience and goals will be attained at a cheaper individual rate.

GARETH (BOXING)

These are based on Slow and Fast Tissues which help with specific body focus and definition. Slow Tissues are based on aerobic endurance and Fast Tissues are on anaerobic endurance.


CORE STRENGTH

Commonly referred to as six-pack training, it is a program that includes components of balance & stability, abdominal and lower back work, and all the muscles of the trunk.
A true core strength training program which not only uses your abs, but also activates all the muscles stabilizing the spine, hips, and pelvis.
