This is a No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu workshop for all levels and experiences, beginning with basics then moving into Leglocks from Butterfly Half.

 

The session will be from 12noon to 3pm.

​

Early bird tickets are £40, when purchased before the 1st of May.

 

Tickets go back up to £50 per person from the 1st of May.
