1 Session a Week
This package offers expert training for the individuals without enough time to train, but are committed to training on their own.
You will have one personal training session per week and a custom made training plan to work on between sessions.
2/3 sessions a week
This package is ideal for individuals wanting to get results whilst fitting training into a busy schedule and is designed to improve physiques.
You will have two or three personal training sessions per week and your own training plan to work on between sessions.
4 Session a Week
This intense package is for the athletic individuals, with ideal sports performance, fat loss and muscle gain in mind.
You will have four personal training sessions per week and custom made training plans to work on between sessions.
